truly enjoyed staying at the deluxe double room on upper level. its location walking distance to restaurants and bars was unbeatable and nice. you could walk to boutiques and little stores.

Location: the hotel was close to across the street, Encantada based upon reading about the property's authentic Yucatan cuisine and many shops, restaurants and other. We ate in the Philosophy restaurant, good food with excellent service...

a wonderfully intimate experience with good piña coladas in hand

Encantada Tulum is a slice of paradise! The hotel is intimate with only 8 rooms, providing personalized attention from the wonderful staff. We enjoyed very nice breakfasts on our balcony while listening to the soothing ocean waves. Carlos and Julia were great too. The beachfront location is perfect for relaxation. I can't wait to return!

We loved our spacious Garden View Room, with a super comfortable bed and an inviting ambiance. The staff was attentive, always remembering our names and greeting us with a smile. Special touches like personalized food recommendations and thoughtful room services. We especially enjoyed the ability to order delicious food to our beach chairs and the pool. The hotel's intimate vibe provided a perfect escape.

Taxis can be a bit pricey.

The hotel is a tranquil escape with beautifully landscaped grounds and a cozy beach area. The spacious room had an comfortable bed. Noise from the upper floor was disruptive , especially at night. Staff presence was lacking on the beach, requiring us to often head to the main restaurant for service. The timing of room cleaning was awkward, as it interrupted our access after breakfast.

Perfect getaway for couples

We really loved how they took care of every detail. The staff left a bottle of champagne in our room for our special occasion, it. The breakfast was really good, and they brought it up to our balcony so we could enjoy it with the ocean view.

It wasn't cheap, but worth every penny.
